This isn't really a copy cat dinner, nor did I come up with this on my own. A friend shared this recipe with me; you could use it for quiche, or any other sort of pie, really! I made a sweet potato pie tonight, and it worked out great!
1.25 c. flour
1/4 t. sugar
1/3 c. milk
2 T. vegetable oil
Mix together the flour and sugar, then add the milk and oil. Roll it out between a couple pieces of wax paper, and you're good to go!
The entire crust has somewhere around 775 calories, so here are the stats:
Calories from crust for a:
6 piece pie: 130 cal.
8 piece pie: 97 cal.
10 piece pie: 78 cal.
12 piece pie: 65 cal.
16 piece pie: 49 cal.
