I'm using Insanity to re-start my weight loss

I've lost a lot of weight but it has now come to a slow crawl. I've seen and heard of Beach Body, P90X, Insanity & Hip Hop Abs but I never wanted to do it. The stories I would hear it that it was hard but u get GREAT/ OUTSTANDING RESULTS. So I started looking @ Youtube see the results then I came across an old friend who has lost 40 lbs and Looks AMAZING !! She said she did P90X and Insanity. The My 2 nephews in Fl look like top notch Trainers and come to find out they are on week 6 of Insanity they blew me away! Talkin bout TRANSFORMATION of the 3 is unbelievable. After talking with them I decided this is the court I want to play ball on. Im up for this Challenge and Im going in hard. I know its going to be kick *kitten* workouts but Im in it to win it. I want results so I have to go Where I know I can get them !

I've been doing insanity for 5 weeks now and can definitely see results (15 lbs lost thus far). I started with my wife-it was actually her idea for us to do together after we put the kids to bed- but she stopped a few weeks ago while I have continued. The key is stay committed and complete the routine each day. Good luck!0

good luck! I'm doing insanity every other day, supplementing the off days with Ripped in 30 by Jillian Michaels and running. I love insanity, but I have a finicky back, so I have to be careful.
There is nothing more satisfying than finishing your insanity workout in a pool of sweat and realizing that you pushed your body to its limit. (And if you aren't sweating and exhausted, you need to be pushing yourself to go faster and harder)
