I've been eating healthy and exercising and lost 16 pounds, and now I'm gaining! How do I reverse this and start going back down?

Try different exercises.
Re-evaluate your eating. Would you do better eating more, or less? Some people actually do lose more weight when they eat more. It just depends on where you're already at.0
