Did you see a change?

I'm trying to get a feel for it. I find that I get EXTREMELY tired after eating high carb foods, and I hate it. Because I could sleep for hours!! Did you get right into it? Slowly work yourself in? Curious!!! If any of you have public diarys, I'd love to see some examples of a day of food :) Thanks all!
