whole wheat flour cals

im lil confused here. i hv been looking for caloric count in whole wheat flour

and problem is that no where there is the same info

some sites say 1 cup is 182 gms.. while i measured it is an exact 110 gms

some sites say 1 cup has 300 cals some say i cup has 151 and some say 115

gosh i donno what to do

the only thing I could think of is the different brands might process their wheat differently. Different grains in some of them? I don't know?? :ohwell:

The site I often use (http://www.fineli.fi/food.php?foodid=111&lang=en) says it's about 309 calories per 100 g. But I'd like to agree with AdreaDawn - the brand you choose probably does have some effect.
