If you have time to cook it, a ham and cheese omelet has 0 carbs and plenty of protein (and a little fat).

Egg white omlette. Just throw some red peppers, onions, and turkey lunch meat in and it's really good!

    Here's a few ideas... :flowerforyou:

Oatmeal with 1 T. PB or Cashew Butter a few raisons mixed in after cooking
Fage Brand Greek Yogurt 2% Cherry
Cashew Butter on Whole Wheat toast (the good healthy kind) 1 or 2 pieces with milk
Cereal & milk with fruit (grab some high fiber/protein cereal)
PB sandwich & milk (ok I call it all PB but I actually myself prefer Cashew Butter:wink: )
eggs & bacon (turkey bacon, etc) milk (which is both protein/carb combo)or another type of carb tossed in.
    Fiber bar & milk

Ok I couldn't sleep and just popped on here so that's what I have for you at 330am!
Hope something here trips your trigger:wink:

Pixie's omelet idea is a good one if you have time to cook as she mentioned. :drinker:

But please keep in mind, there's NOTHING wrong getting our carbs in (the healthy kind..lol) as we do need them as an energy source...especially in the a.m to start off our day, as well as protein with a bit of fat to sustain us until our midmorning snack)

Well, my perfect breakfast has carbs but includes 9 g of fiber, which brings your net carb total down!

I make a Thomas Light Multi-Grain English muffin
Cook 1/4 cup of liguid egg whites in the microwave (salt and peppered)
2 slices healthy, extra lean canadian bacon (you can use something else like turkey bacon or omit)
    Sometimes 2 tablespoons light cheese
    1 tbsp salsa.

It's a great combo of protein, good carbs, etc. That breakfast will keep me fueled for hours.

Also, that same english muffin with a little peanut butter and banana is also a great combo. The carbs, protein, potassium, etc. will also fuel me.

Mine is a egg and oatmeal pancake.

    120 g of egg white
    20 g of oatmeal
    Dash of cinnamon

Let sit for about 30 (while you take your shower and get ready). Pour into non stick skillet and cook like a pancake (makes 1 large pancake).

I add some raspberries on top of pancake for sweetness.

    Yum! :flowerforyou:

Ummmmmm I had a Hostess cupcake and glass of milk today :blushing:  (but it was only a total of 300 cals so while not very nutricious it wasn't way too bad...the milk is good :drinker:  Just not the low carb thing you're looking for   )

But that's not the norm....... .......usually I either have Peanut Butter and Jelly Toast and a glass of Milk, An English Muffin with Peanut Butter and Jelly OR egg whites, lite cheese, and turkey bacon, or cereal with fruit, or a banana, or a breakfast or granola bar. :drinker: :flowerforyou:

    I'm hungry now drool.gif

    .50 cup oatmeal
    1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
    1 tablespoon raisins
    1 tablespoon dried cranberries
    .50 banana

Loaded oatmeal, keeps me fueled and helps me get some fruit in my diet (not a big fruit fan)

I'm not real fond of eggs but use egg whites and mix them with my oatmeal every morning - with some cinnamon, sweet n'low and raisins - gives me the slow absorbing carbs and protein (which I don't even have to taste) and it feels a bit like comfort food also. With some skim milk its a good hit of protein to start the day! You can mike it all for 2 minutes and its fast and easy!

Actually, Jimmy Dean's breakfast entrees include seasoned potatoes (with diced apples and some sort of egg dish) and they're not TOO bad nutritionally...
