I signed up for MFP a while ago when I got my smartphone and found the app while browsing. I started using it for about a day or two, then it all fell through the cracks. I did well in actually working out and losing weight, but never really found the ability to eat healthy. At times I would be conscious of what I was eating, but more often then not, I'd find myself back eating pizza, wings, drinking beer, etc... So I logged back in, and I'm trying to make a valiant effort this time. Before it was just a neat app that I found, but now I want to use it for what it's worth. Any and all advice would be greatly appreciated and I hoping this community will be just what I need to make the changes I want to make. Thanks in advance to everyone!!!
