I ran on the tredmil and 6.0 for 5 minutes straight! It was awesome!

Awesome Job!
I'm back to 5.5 as a max. Ugh. If my dang hip would just STOP hurting... Grr.0 -
try not to get "stuck." Alternate run/walk/run/walk. Sprint, then walk, sprint, then walk, sprint (even if only 5 or 10 seconds), then walk. You'll be surprised at how quickly you build your stamina and break free from brisk walking..and increase your weight loss and boost your metabolism.0

Awesome!! I wanna try that! I just ran outside for 12 minutes straight tonight! But it was only about 4mph or so. You Rock!!! Keep it up!! Running is so.awesome!!0

Im 5'9... so my walking pace wich I thought was a bit slower then I normally walk was 3.2...
I also run for five mins... then walk for 5 mins... then run... walk... blah blah blah... but hey I RAN FOR 5 MIN!!!0 -

That is SO awesome! I'm stuck at 4mph (week 6 C25K). I can do 4.5 for 5 minutes. A 30 minute 5K is my ultimate goal through this winter.
