My 1st Day...

This is just kind of a random post: Today is officially my 1st day back on track! I submitted my cals yesterday but went over- today I didn't go over for the 1st time in a LOOOONG time! My boyfriend and I are trying to lose weight and I'm just so proud of both of us. We have a beautiful baby girl that we both want the best for & I think we are showing her that. Anyway...I feel GRRREAT because I finished my 1st 5k! Finishing was my goal- and I DID IT! So...what did I go and do? I signed up for another one. The 1st one was the Warrior Dash & I did it at like 1:00 in the afternoon so it was EXTREMELY hot & muddy. This one that I signed up for should not be so hot or muddy, so my time will be much better. =) My goals for this month are to get back to my weight before starting to get off track, which shouldn't be too hard...got a few more lbs to go & I want to get to 218 (217 would be nice to be at 45 lb lost) by the end of August!! That is about 14 lbs from where I am now- Large GOAL but I can DO THIS!!! Anyone else have any goals for August or accomplishments for July??

  • I was in a plateau all july but today i saw a great loss, totally motivated me to keep going. Hard work pays off
