Tuesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's see if we can do 200.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 200 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    this thing is frickin hard....ive been doing them for 3 days a week for the last 6 weeks.....they work, but my wrists always hurt afterwards

    I will try and see how many I can do. My wrists hurt sometimes after doing them too.
  • This is great! Do you do a mini challenge every day? Can we break up the 200 tricep dips into 50 in 4 segments or should we do all 200 in a single go?

    I'm new here and trying to figure out if there is a way to "subscribe" to the mini challenges posts so I can find it every day without searching through all the recent posts?

    Dips are done. I am starting to love doing them. They may be my new favorite mini challenge (it used to be calf raises)

    'Cause of my migraine I'm going to be trying to do some exercises at home. Might as well give these a try.

    Not feeling too confident, but will definitely try. I've never done more than 50 I think. They always make my wrists hurt which ends up making me stop sooner than I want to.

    Got mine done. I did 201 with my legs almost straight out.
