Hi all, joined the site to keep track of what I'm eating as I change my diet. Find it really useful and simple to use and look forward to adding my foods each day.
I'm also on an exercise routine for cardio and fat burning (and toning) so between the two I hope to loose 2lbs a week.
Keeping the log on this site makes it easy to track what I'm doing. I often "experiment" with foods on teh website before I eat them, see how much they contain, and if they take me over my target for the day reduce or change that meal.
