MFP Goals - customising them for exercise?

Hi all,

I am on an exercise routine as well as a diet plan and I'm already finding that I exceed some of the goals in myfitnesspal becaue of conflicting advice from my exercise plan.

My exercise plan suggests 30 fibre each day and 130-150 protein

My Fitness Pal has this set at 22 fibre and 65 protein.

I'm happy with the recommended calorie count of 1720 each day and can achieve that.

Should I up the protein and fibre in my goals as I am actively trying to take in more protein and fibre?

PS - I drink 8 pints of water a day so the extra fibre shouldn't cause any bloating etc if I'm correct?
