Hi, my name is Tina. I'm a 35 yr old mom to two wonderful kids. DD is 6 and DS just turned 2. I found this website and wanted to give it a try. I'm pretty active when it comes to exercising. I try to run 3-4 times a week and then I do some kind of workout video in like 2-3 times a week. I'll do either Jillian Michaels or P90X with DH.
My problem is my eating habits and that's why I thought it would be great to start actually tracking what I eat throughout the day. Then I can see actually what I'm eating all day and adjust either how much I'm eating or what I'm eating.
