Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really need somebody to yell at me and slap me around a little. I've kind of been out of control the last few days. Saturday my mom and kids wanted to eat Chinese Buffet, Then my mom and I made home made bread, home made Beef and Noodles (noodles were also home made), And have a little wine. Sunday was rolls at church, the apple fritter was so good. Then I had a bag of those cheesy fry chips. Yesterday I started the day out okay, but my one daughter didn't get a part in the play, and the other daughter did, so my husband and I took her out for Waffle cones at Goodrich dairy. I just couldn't resist and had a scoop of NSA Almond and a scoop of Strawberry cheese cake. Then we had the left over beef noodle for supper. And then I sat down and watch a movie with the kids and had a bowl of popcorn with real butter. To top it off I probably only had 3 glasses of water for the intire last 4 days. Now I know what I could have eaten instead. I don't need suggestions for that. I just need somebody to get after me to get me back on track.

    Just pick yourself up and start over with a new resolve. No self pity, it will get you nowhere. Ask yourself just how bad you really want this. Be honest.
    And then make the commitment to do it.
    If you want something bad enough, you will find a way to have it. Its all in your head.

    I have been off track b/c I have plateaud and I am frustrated!

    It just isn't good. Figure out what it is and fix it! Regroup and get right back on track NOW. You're doing an amazing job! Think about all the success you have had so far and keep going. You deserve this!

    Do you want to reverse all of the progress you have made and the time you have put in, just so you can get a few minutes of satisfaction from some ice cream? or some popcorn? NOOOO you don't! :mad:
    You eat that stuff, and then an hour later it's like it never happened, so just let the cravings pass and stay on track!!:explode:

    Hello.. Today is tuesday so I challange you to drink ALL 64oz of water for the rest of the week and do somekinda exercise for at least 10-20min.. Crunches, jump and jacks, wall pushups, squats, a workout dvd SOMETHING! MOVE YOUR BODY and HYDRATE IT! YOU CAN DO THIS!

    So let's get busy on our water again.....we did it in the past....if it takes a thread to keep you accountable...so be it girl, WE CAN do it again if need be....I'm here to support you in anyway you need to gettin back on the 'horse' :wink: so to speak.:happy:

    You had some fun exploring the good stuff that we know we can so easily get out of control eating....now it's time to come on back to the fold and feed your body the gewwwwwwd stuff but in healthy sized portions!

    It might take an hour, might take the day, might take a few days in a row...but Girl....you're conquered ALOT in your life....you CAN do THIS Anna!!:drinker: I KNOW you can!:bigsmile:

    Today is the day I get back in control

    YAY to go girl....got a plan in place....perfect! I know water isn't your friend...well, not yet, but I keep hoping! So I'll make the water challenge actually do-able the Anna way.... go for 40 oz. today, think you can keep to that? Start off with one , then move on from there......:drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

    You see what you did that put you "out of control for the past few days" and today is a new day.:drinker: I read your post and didnt see it as you doing something wrong, I saw it as you taking a few days off and spending some great moments with your family! Nothing wrong with that! You still have your goals, you know what you want to do, where you want to be...so take today and just pick up where you left off...no biggy!:wink:

    I think we all need to be let "off the hook" once in a while. We are all changing our lifestyle for our own reasons, and as does everything else, it takes time. Live your life girl!:happy:

    Now, that said...go drink LOTS of water!!:drinker: :drinker:

    Hey I'm up to 32 oz of water so far. Plus I walked right past the gas station and didn't stop for a soda, even though I really wanted one.

    Ok, Anna....got your water lined up for the day?:wink: I do....so let's see how our day goes...had a cuppa tea (yum-o lemongrass decaf green tea) and a bottle of water 24 oz so far, I'll have another one on the way to the gym now and then a couple more while working out/after

    THATS GOOD... That was your total intake yesterday! And if you dot like water... TRY POWERADE ZERO! I love the strawberry but I only have those every now and then!
