Hi all,
anyone have any suggestions for a good work out DVD that is great for Cardio?
I have a busy life, i work 8.00-4.00 in an office, and have a nearly 4 year old daughter so all the rest of the time is taken up looking after her, cleaning the house, cooking dinners, doing washing etc, and i get about 30-60mins free "me time" if i'm lucky.
I've been doing the 30DS and this has been great for (25mins each workout) so any workouts with this sort of time frame would be perfect.
Any ideas?

I just love Cheryl Burke's Disco Abs... it's a 30 minute cardio dance workout and then an additional 12 minute one... it really works you!Hi all,

I just purchased the Biggest Loser: Cardio Max CD from Amazon.com last night. So excited to get it...because I have done other workouts from there and they are great. Also got Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (because I have seen a lot of other people here on MFP doing it) and Biggest Loser-the Workout..Last Chance Workout..which I used at my friend's house recently and found it to be a great CD.0

Insanity is the ultimate cardio workout DVD set.0

You could try the Firm Express its only 20 minutes, its pretty good and really get a good sweat in the 20 minutes. Insanity is good too, but I dont think they have any shortet than 40 minutes. The Turbo Jam is also a very good one.0

Leslie Sansone has a 3 mile walk dvd, and each mile is 15 min. You don't just walk though she adds other little things in there to get ya going.0

I like Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam... Check out www.collagevideo.com...there is huge selection of workout dvds!0

Turbo Jam Fat Blasters is 30 minutes and good cardio. But I actually prefer all the Turbo Jam Cardio Party (1,2,&3) ones. They are a little longer at 45-50 minutes, but *so* worth the time!0
