I just bought the Fruit punch Mio this weekend and love it. It seemed like I would get more for my money that the Crystal Light packs and I am getting sick of plain water all the time. I love the Mio (just two little squirts) and my 3 year old does as well. It's great for when he's playing outside and I don't want having water rather than juice or milk. Why didn't I buy this before?

  • I have been wanting to try Mio. I love water but it is nice to sometimes have some variety. I like sparkling waters too. How long does it last? About how many bottles of water can you flavor with it?

I'm still on my first bottle but it says 24 servings. I put two squirts in each bottle (4 times yesterday and two this morning) and there is a TON left. The box of Crystal light pink lemondae mix only contained 10 packets.

You might want to do some research on that Mio product. Just saying...

I don't mind artificcial sweetners. That's about the only negative I've seen on it. Anyways, I'd much rather have my child drinking flavored water over a juice with high fructose corn syrup...

I got really terrible headaches from Mio.

It's very chemical based, I think that was what slyder432 was trying to say.

My suggestion? Slice a lemon and toss it in a water bottle, lots of really good flavor and no chemicals.

    Read this...

Tue 05/03/11 09:13 PMIf you like the new Mio, bad news. its SECOND ingrediant PROPYLENE GLYCOL, is used to make stuff like antifreeze, brake fluid, hydrolic fluid, shampoo, deodorant ect.. and workers handleing it are warned to wear full PPE including gloves and goggles. Now why would they put that , and alot of it in something we DRINK!! I personally am soooo dissapointed! I loved that stuff, and it had me drinking ALOT of water.Shame on the FDA for letting this go and without a warning label! If you use it, please read the link below or google it yourself.
