Has anyone heard of or tried Michelle Khai's Kettlenetics?

As above really! They've got it on sale at JJB sports and I wondered if it was worth giving it a go for £5. You get a 4lb kBell (designed to be swung and lifted through a series of what looks like dance-y movements) and 3 workouts on 2 DVDs...

Any thoughts?

I wish I had seen this post before. Yes, buy it if you haven't already! It is an amazing workout. I used to alternate between kettlenetics and 30DS, and they were equally challenging. I used to live in the US and I had a DVD, but I gave it away when I moved. I just went to Tesco the other day and saw it for $25 (pounds, not dollars :} ). I really want to own it again, and at that price it's a steal! Do you think they still have it on sale?

I just started using it last week and I LOVE it. It's easy to follow and it makes you sweat! I bought the pack that came with a 4lb kettle bell and you look at it and think "Psha, really, 4 pounds" but when you do 10000 reps it really feels like it weighs a lot more!
