WOW! Great job! I joined in December and never really did anything with it until yesterday. I will forever remember what I read about you and use you to keep focussed.
I have lost 74 lbs in the past and kept it off for 5 yrs. and I vowed that I would never allow myself to gain it back. Guess what I have gained 40 of it back (
