hello all:) I just took my first set of pix for the start of my journey. I am looking for feedback about how often I should take the next series of pix.. Every week, 2 wks, monthly..any advise would b welcomed:)

    Good job for making the decision to improve your health!

    It's totally up to you, but I would go for every month or so, or set an inches/weight goal, such as every 2 inches off the waist, or every 10 pounds. I just like to see jumps in my pics.

    But heck, take one every day if you want, then make a fast slideshow "movie" to watch yourself shrink! LOL

    If you want to make a slide show ensure the camera is in the same position each time and so are you.
