What Activity level am I?

I have a desk job but i am getting up atleast every 30 min to an hour and then im moving all the time at home then excersise.

What do YOU think? :smile:

    I am in a similar situation, and I vote to keep your setting at "sedentary" and log any exercise which either lasts more than 30 minutes or causes you to break a sweat. this should keep your calorie limit a little lower, but it's also probably more honest. if things aren't working for you, you can always change it!
