getting exercise

Is walking, about 2 miles 3x a week enough exercisefor me im 5"5 207 lbs kinda new at this

It is a good start. You can always increase and change up your exercise as you feel comfortable.0

It's a good start. It also depends on how fast you're walking. As long as it's 3.5-4 mph (brisk pace) where you are breathing hard and breaking a sweat it should def count as good exercise. That's about what I do 3 sometimes 5 days a week because I have dogs, and about one mile the other days. Aside from that you can count house cleaning too (vaccuming, mopping, scrubing the bathroom... things that you get your heart rate up) and I use that a lot because I am a stay at home mom and that's most of what I do every day! Just remember that the calories in has to be less than the calories you burn every day.0

thank you, i also have 2 dogs who like to go also like i said am new at this thinking about buying a treadmill for the winter months as we have alot of snow here in michigan need something to do when im stuck inside0
