Hi all, I just joined from Alberta Canada. looking to lose 50 lbs...again...and keep it off this time!!

    Hi there, Southern Ontarian here although lived 20 years in Alberta. I too had 50 pounds to lose again (now gone:) and now trying to maybe drop another 5 to 8 of those. You will find a tone of wonderful folks here to support you. Be well.
