I began this journey on August 26, 2010 after seeing pictures of myself from a trip to Chicago with friends. I couldn't believe how much weight I had gained. My starting weight was 200lb., my goal weight is 140, and my current weight is 149.5 (as of this morning). I lost the weight on the South Beach diet, walking/running, and good old Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVDS. It's been so tough but SO rewarding!

Current Weight: 149.5 lbs. 8/2011
Goal Weight: 140 lbs. by October!
