This questions is out there for the women in MFP; I have been struggling with weight loss for the past 2 months. I have cut the calories, increased the exercise and I can't seem to lose. I realized recently that perhaps I was consuming too little calories and possible putting my body into starvation mode, which I realize is not good. So I increased my calories to 1200 per day.
When does the weight start to come off? I am running 3 days a week and averaging 15-18 miles a week and doing circuit weight training easy weights (5lb) once a week so far. So I am exercising 4 days out of the 7. Can someone give me advice? Thank you in advance, hope to get feedback. Enjoy your day!:flowerforyou:
