    Kind of similar to yours... PLANNING AHEAD!!!

    Also, when I'm in the middle of a cardio session, realizing that I can indeed keep going, that I'm not passing out or falling off the machine, keeps me going.

    Entering before I eat is my biggest help too!

    eat when i'm hungry.
    always log all food always.
    push harder.
  • I convince myself to love myself. :smile: And then ask myself: "Do I love me enough to eat right & exercise?" The answer is always yes. The end result is worth more than pain (or inconvenience) of today. :happy:

    I love being able to log some excersise! So when I feel like I don't want to do anything that day I think "well but I want to log something so I HAVE to" it keeps me motivated :-) plus I can then eat a little more!

    Hot sauce on everything.
    I know, super high in sodium, but it forces me to drink more water--which then just ends up filling me up!

    I'm a huge fan of logging everything before I eat it and pre-planning my meals

    Chewing thoroughly. I like to make a game of everything, so I try to chew each bite at least 32 times to truly taste my food and to make sure everything is easier to digest.

    I started putting my fork down between bites. It slows me down as well

    I try to log before I eat also, I love having a plan! I also have a written calendar for my workouts to plan ahead.
