I need to create a playlist to listen to while I'm on the treadmill. What is an absolute must on your playlist?

    I usually listen to fitness podcasts.

    Fat2Fit, cut the fat, or fitness boost if I'm on the treadmill.

    Coach Jeff, RunRunLive or the 20 minute runner if I'm outside running

    Anything by Britney Spears. I was not a fan until I started listening recently while I was on the elliptical. Her music makes you move.
