So hello there!

My name's Mariah. I'm 19 years old. I'm a musician/singer and I go to college as a (currently) undeclared major. I've struggled with weight my whole life and I finally want to get it under control. I would love to meet new people who know what I'm going through and can offer me support :)

    Hey Mariah,

    I feel you, sister. Good for you for trying to get it under control at 19. It will likely be a lifelong endeavor, but if you make the healthy habits stick now, maybe not so much. I'm about to turn 35 and having 2 babies in 2 years whacked out my body. I've struggled with my weight my whole life, too, for very painful reasons. Just remember, it doesn't have to be this way. YOU are in control of this. It's one of the few things in life actually have any power over...
