I am highly recommending the 10 minute solution dvd series. There are lots to choose from like yoga and pilates, tum bum and thigh ones, belly ones, cardio ones, boot camp ones, boxing fitness and even dancing ones etc, I have many. They are made up of five 10 minute workouts that target specific areas and you really feel good to tick each one off as you go and time flies past.

Anyone else tried them? You can find clips of them on youtube :)

I have several of these also. If you have Netflix you can play many of these instantly. It's a good way to "test drive" a workout - or an instructor.

This is a nice way to get started - you can program as few as 1 or as many as 5 workouts - depending on your time.

I just started this on the Netflix streaming....I did 10 minute abs and 10 minute arms and then the 10 minute power stretch. Not sure how to log it in on my diary though.

Logging exercise is MFP leaves alot to be desired. I use my HRM, but you could use another site to get an estimate.

    http://www.webmd.com/diet/healthtool-fitness-calorie-counter

For strength training everything in MFP is reps and weights (even pilates - which makes no sense) .... so in MFP - I would log your 20 minutes of strength training as circuit training (find this in cardio).... pretty generic, but the calories burned are only an estimate anyway.

You will find yoga under cardio(?) - log the 10 minutes of stretching there - both yogas (Hatha is stretching) listed give you the same calorie burn in MFP.

Your cardio choices are aerobics low impact, aerobics general, aerobics high impact (low, medium, and high calorie burn respectively).

Crunch SuperSlimdown is my favorite Netflix streaming workout- you might check that one out.
