How many times a week do you do Pump? I know Les Mills suggest 3 times a week and I try to do that. I just wondered if anyone did more or less and if you DO do more, do you see more results? Just curious

I teach it, we suggest only 3 times a week, alternating every other day, because you need to give your body rest to see results just like any other weight lifting program. Unless I have to teach classes on top of each other I give myself a minimum of 36 hours of recovery. The best results I've seen is 3 times a week with cardio in between.0

I do Pump on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays and Zumba or Step on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Do you think I'm overdoing it on the Cardio? I take Fridays and Sundays off.0
