Calories help!!!! with Sweet Green Curry Tofu and Vegetables

I am going to get dinner with a friend at a Thai restaurant by my house and I need to figure out what to eat and stay within my calories. I really want the Sweet Green Curry Tofu and Vegetables but the calories for that on health fitness seem really low. Does anyone know if that’s about right or where to go to find out.

what else can I eat at a Thai restaurant that isn't too bad for me?

    It shouldn't be low b/c coconut milk is really high in fat and cals

    i think it's 1/2 cup = 150 cals and usually it's about 1.5 cups for a serving so it will be around 400 cals just for the coconut milk alone
