Vegetable Beef Soup

Yummy!
I start with about 1+ 1/2 pound of lean ground beef (ground chuck) brown in a little olive oil with two cloves of fresh garlic. When beef cooked I add medium head of cabbage cut up small. About 5 carrots sliced, one large package of frozen corn. Snow peas or green beans. Add 2 bottles of v-8 juice and one can of stewed tomatoes and simmer until cabbage is tender. Delicious and the rest of the family loves it. Quick easy and plenty of left overs.
