my first NSV

well it will have to be a nsv as i do not own a s!

i pretty new to this whole calories, watching what i eat, healthier lifestyle thing. i also have an insane sweet tooth.

today one of the staff in the studio brought in homemade oreos. i had a look (they look amazing!), i gave them a sniff (they didn't smell like anything which was surprising) and then i left them be.

i did NOT eat the cookies!!

Well done!

We ate out tonight, something we haven't done in ages, and I'm pleased to say I ended up 28 calories under my daily allowance because I didn't have a dessert! Would have been way over otherwise!

It's all about that one little word - NO!!!!

way to go!! i have a hard time staying away from homemade sweets. im not a huge sweet person but if they are homemade its hard to resist. so good job!
