I've begun this weight loss journey many times. When I was younger I'd take it to a negative place. My older years have seen me attempt to get healthy, fall back into negative patterns and then go completely the other way and get unhealthy overweight again. I am attempting this go round to work on Health and Strength and Centeredness and not necessarily weight.

I hope to meet a lot of awesome people! :)

    Hi Sarah,

    I'm Ina - i recently joined MFP as well, and I really like your approach! I used to do quite a bit of sports in my teens, and when I went off to uni i just stopped. Since then the weight has been creeping on. Similarly, I want to focus on getting more exercise into my routine and become more aware of what I eat - and hopefully that will just become part of my lifestyle. and then weight loss will happen anyway.
