Hi, I'm a noob and I was wondering how you log in exercise from a video. Over the years I've amassed a great collection of videos I need to start using to work this belly off. I have Power 90, P90X, Yoga Booty Ballet, Biggest Loser Boot Camp, Biggest Loser Something (I can't remember) and several others and I'd like to track it on here.

Thanks for the help!

I've done some pilates and yoga videos and i just log them as yoda general... but I dont enter the real time i worked out i usually subtract like 10-15 minutes because I know the numbers here are estimates. I dont have the money for itbut you can get a Heart Rate Monitor and that would help ya :)

I log them based on the type of exercise I'm doing. For example if im doing a segment on kickboxing I call it kick boxing. If I'm using weights and cardio I call it circuit training... I have done some searching to see what other recommend labeling different types of videos and go with that... I tend of over estimate my calories so I figure if the exercise is a little off it will all balance out in the end anyway

EDIT - oh and I mark my actual workout time because most estimates are based on a 150 pound person and I am much larger than that and therefore burn more calories when I do the same thing b/c i'm carrying more weight around - im looking into a heart rate monitor for the future
