I Fell Off Track :(

OMG i dunno what came over me, but this past week i just fell of track. I've been drinking ice tea thats sweetened and then i have been eating way too many cookies. I hate this time of the year. Why did anyone ever invent cookies? You cant just eat one, nope just aint that easy. Those dang cookies and the sweetened ice tea are doing me in. I havent gained anything, but i havent lost anything either. So tomorrow i am going to get back on track. I'm going to start drinking my water or crystal light again and stop eating those cookies. Oh i have to start exercising again. I havent done that in a week. Stupid holidays, people make too many yummy things that are hard to not eat... Just have to get threw the rest of this month and december. Then all the yummy threats wont be around. I blame my co-workers, do they really need to bring in cookies and bars? Whats worse is tomorrow we are having a pot luck. I'll just have to watch what i stick in my mouth for lunch. Better yet maybe i will just take a 15min break so i cant eat as much.

    :smile: Hello,AS soon as the hoildays are over. We all will be better off! you know you have inside of you not to eat all those fatty food .Just have the will power to say no!!!! good luck on your lunchen.

    haha my solution to halloween was to eat all the candy so it wouldn't be around to tempt me anymore! needless to say it worked better in my head than in my waistline! better luck to thanksgiving!:drinker:

    I pack a couple squares of the 85% dark chocolate bar along with about 12-14 raw almonds & while other people are stuffing their face with high fat high calorie stuff you can eat that & not need a nap in the next 20min! LOL What really helps me is eating all that crap does not make me feel good physically afterwards so that helps to motivate me not to eat it in the first place! Also, Vortmans make a really good cranberry/flaxseed oatmeal cookie that I know may not sound great but they are chewy and really good! You can get them around the pharmacy dept in your local Walmart :) Good luck

    Holiday's are the hardest for me. Actually, they have been for ages. lol This is the first time I will be on MFP and I can say that it has helped.

    Don't get me wrong. I have only lost 19 pounds, but this is the first year in a long time that i can keep it off.

    My cycle is October thru January. This is the time I eat way to much.

    I can't count how many times I feel off track, but I am not going to give up.

    I love this site!!!!
