    I went to the doctor this morning for my follow up appointment for my blood work.......annddddd......I found out that I no longer have diabetes!!!!! I am so happy, this was one of the major things driving my journey. I have now accomplished this goal so I feel like nothing can hold me back!!! :):)

    I also lowered my Triglycerides (bad cholesterol) from 310 to 165!!!

    Today is a good day!

    That's amazing! I am so happy for you! That is a every BIG NSV!

    Congrats! That is an awesome NSV. Diabetes runs in my family, so I understand the devastation it causes the body long term. Good for you.

    That is absolutely fantastic! Weight loss can sometimes cure DM type 2 and even hypertension. Both of these are nasty health problems that can lead to so many more dangerous ones! You just gained so many more years back on to your life! Congratulations again!! :]
