How much is a low and healthy sugar daily goal?

Hi!! I've read that for fat loss is very important to have a low sugar intake, but how much are we talking?
How much is a low and healthy sugar daily goal? Please help!

    I have mine set at 30 grams a day, which was recommended by my nutritionist.

    Under settings you can adjust what you're looking at under your food tab.. one of the options is to see your daily goal for sugar.. and mine is 30 too. I'm over today :( I didn't realize my yogurt was so high in sugar!

    I would try to have no more than 10 to 20 grams of added sugar a day. Other than that, don't worry too much about sugar coming from fruit, dairy (not flavored yogurt), veggies, etc.

    I keep mine around 25 grams per day.
