I am doing the JIllian Michaels Last Chance Workout DVD. For those of you who are familiar, would you call it low or high impact? Jumping jacks, step -kicks, jogging in place, lunges, pushups,weights..what do you think?

I'd count it more under circuit training.

If both feet are leaving the floor at the same time (such as with jumping jacks), then that is high impact aerobics. Low impact aerobics were started with the moves being modified so that one foot stays on the floor at all times. (Like step/touch/step/tough or grapevine moves).
If you're trying to log a workout a heart rate monitor will still give you a much better feel for how hard you're working. Or...check your heart rate manually every 10 minutes or so during the workout for a general idea.

Its a mix really. A lot of up and down..I can say that even after the workout and after the shower my heart is still pumping pretty good.
