Hello All-

So I'm a tad bit late in introducing myself, but here it is- Hello! Life always seems to get in the way. And terrible part is most the time, I let it. Whether its choosing between my daily "to do" list and my stagnent wants, like working out or anything I want to do for myself, or simply getting caught up in the daily gind; I have to find a way out - a way to change this pattern.

I moved to a new state, a new place, a new home about a year ago- over the course of this past year I've also gained about 20 lbs. A friend of mine suggested MFP and I have to say already I'm seriously impressed with the multi-dimensional accountability. Most "fitness" sources I've seen before are only one or the other; a calorie counter or a predetermined workout schedule.

Still working on the working out regularly and building a more healthy consistancy in my overall menu. But thats why we're all here right?! :smile:
