Okay mfp peeps..... I have read a bunch surrounding HRM on the site and it motivated me to go out and get one. I have not used it yet as I want to read the instructions and ensure that it works properly, but I would love to hear from all of you about how you use it and what best practices you have. I am dedicated to getting this right. So, any tips, suggestions, warning, etc...... let me hear them.
Thanks in advance.:)

If you program it with your data (age, weight, etc.) then all you have to do is wear it during your workout. Once you start the stopwatch, it will calculate how many calories you burn during the workout. It is also a great way to monitor just how hard you are or are not working.0
