how do u add strength training

I am trying to add strength training to my work out but can't find any results. I did 20 minutes of pilaties

    I love pilates and yoga :)

    You can actually find pilates under cardiovascular.

    I personally like the workouts that combine both strength and cardio- like Jillian Michaels type workouts (or other similar ones) Strength training, but moving multiple muscle groups to get cardio too. For instance doing squats while doing shoulder presses. You're working legs, shoulders, and likely getting your cardio too.

    do push ups, squats, lunges and crunches.

    I utilize the TRX Suspension Trainer and wear my heart rate monitor (which also tracks my calories burned). I then list my workout under Cardio so I can input calories burned myself.
