...I still didn't reach my goal.
Let me tell you something about my fat :P
I ate around 1200kcal a day for 2 months while exercising (p90x) and I had days when I couldn't eat all 1200kcal. I drank a lot of water per day, had all my meals in smaller portions and ate approximately every 3 hours. I am sedimentary and according to MFP I burn 1780kcal a day excluding exercising. I was never really hungry, always had enough energy to do my best when I workout and I have never felt dizzy or weak. I am 168cm tall and my starting weight was 64kg. I joined MFP with 62kg to really see what and how much am I eating. It is a great tool.
In 3 months (first round of p90x is over) I lost 6.5 kilograms.I am very happy with that. 0.5 kg a week is more than enough for me. I dropped from 34% body fat to 22%. I never eat back my exercise calories because I'm just not that hungry. I did try to stuff my face but I couldn't eat a lot more. I do have days when I eat a bit heavier. For my b-day I ate a few crepe pancakes and peanut butter. But it isn't hard to get loads of calories if you eat peanut butter . So small and yet so high in calories...I almost forgot...so yummy!
In 2 months on MFP I ate 6-7 ice creams. Sue me :P
Now I set my calories at 1300. I have tried 1450 for a few days but I just can't stuff myself with so much food and feel nice and peachy after doing so. 1300kcal because I'm doing p90x doubles program for the round two plus some toning exercises and similar. I eat when I'm hungry. I'm very careful when to eat what kind of food.
My new goal is to drop another 5 kilograms in 3 months. This goal is not set in stone. It is just an approximation based on my progress so far and my body type. It is not the end of the world if I don't reach that goal. If I look good I don't care what does the scale say.
If 1300kcal a day ends up being to low and I get hungry, dizzy and weak I will just eat more. More healthy stuff of course.
If I hit a plateau I will change my diet. No questions asked.
I made some before pictures to share when the time comes.
My problematic areas are my thunder thighs. I know, that is the last place fat leaves but that is why I work hard.
This is my official hello to you all. If you like me don't hesitate to add me to your friends list and don't be shy.
