Hi guys

Im a newbie,joined a few days ago.I saw this site and found it to be the most user friendly weight loss program.

I been going to the gym 5 days a week and following my diet.ive lost 11 pounds in 2 months.I gained alot of weight when i quit

smoking, close to 40 pounds.But despite that i do feel great and energized.my goal is to loose at least another 40 lbs.
