Looking for inspiration

I am really great at following a healthy lifestyle while my husband is away (he works 2 weeks on 2 weeks off) but when he is home I am every bit the garbage gut he is. Of course the big difference is that he can eat 3 bags of potato chips a day and lose a pound while doing it. I am also notorious for not eating all morning and by mid afternoon I'm bottomless and will literally snack/eat until I fall asleep! I started fertility drugs again in September and have since gained 25 lbs- I would like to lose 30 lbs to get back to my pre baby weight. I am also doing a workout video in the morning and jogging at night (burning about 300 cal/day). I have just started watching my intake and exercising on Sunday- and I have probably lost a pound already. Any suggestions and encouraging words would be so appreciated.
Decide. Commit. Succeed.

    Kepp at it, every little bit counts! Stay away from those chips (as I am sitting here eating some...jk) I am however really bad about that! ha

    You can do this...My hubbie works a rotaing shift too...three on two off...two on three off...a vicious cycle..and yes...I seem to eat more when he is home. But joining this sight really helps. Good luck!
