Make the gym part of your day - ideally I'd go straight after work in a day job, then it becomes part of your work day. I'm also in Oz.

LOL. Love all us Aussies who grew up with metric but we all know our height in feet :-)

I go three times a week as well (LOVE my gym. I used to go to Contours but they are a rip-off, but they had THE most amazing manager. Thankfully they closed down and my new gym has got the manager over! I seriously love her, she's such a great motivator) I actully got up at 5am yesterday and went. Haven't done that in years. I also have a 15 min walk to and from work which is great.

I've also just cut down severly on Pepxi Maz and Coke Zero. I went from drinking 4-5L a day to 1.2L (one 600mL bottle in the morning and one at lunch) I'm also drinking 3L of water before leaving work now, which is amazing to me. I was telling my mum about it all (I've had weight issues since 11 and have been on and off diets for years) and she was amazed as I've never been able to do this part of weight loss before.

The one thing that is shocking me is how clear my head is. I can think properly! (well except today I feel like **** and stayed home from work) I'm also discovering what a big difference sleep makes. If I go to bed early (8-9) I feel great the next day and have no issues sticking to food. Go to bed at 12? I feel terrible.

So many 5'2 Aussies! I wonder if we all differ in our centimetre measurements, though? I'm 157cm and started out at 63kg. Am now at 53kg and aiming for around 50kg.
