Hi,
can someone tell me if a high fibre/low fat eating plan is the best way to go for losing weight? My eating habits atm are pretty bad. they consist of smoking my way through the day, yes i know Tsk tsk!..But i have gone from 20+ to under 10 a day......I pretty much dont eat except for dinner....Some days i dont have anything besides a quick piece of plain bread to stop the nausea feeling...I used to eat really balanced but since i have had my child ( 8yrs ago) i havent looked after myself in the slightest.
If a high fibre, low fat plan is good, could you please enlighten me on what kind of foods sit under that category. Cheers for the help

Please don't take this the wrong way but you would be better eating 3 healthy meals a day, including breakfast, you are not setting a good exaple for your child , look after your self and your child .Eat healthy be happy and strong, you can do this
good luck on your journey0 -
No, i havent taken it the wrong way...Yeah i know how bad my eating habits are.....my son eats healthy so does my partner....i'm just the one who isnt eating properly.......hence why i eat dinner, it's to eat with them together as a family.....i think it's more a thing of when i'm by myself....partners at work, kids at school, & i'm alone, so i go about not eating....i know how silly that sounds, but that's why i'm here, to change my ways of eating.
I'm just not sure where i should be beginning :-)0 -
As a Mum of grown up children, (girls 22 & 20, boy 18) we have spoken about things they noticed growing up (because my sister does not eat breakfast and moans her girls don't) they always knew breakfast was important, because i eat breakfast ,I'm sure you can sort this and get back on track eating 3 meals a day is important for your health and well being. ( you would not drive your car with no petrol in the hope you would get to where you are going)
respect your self , eat ....0
