In case the big smiles didn't give it away...............I DID IT!!!!!!!! Check out my ticker!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I need to lose 1lb today to hit the 100lb mark and instead lost almost 4! 103 BABY!!! I had two trainers with my when I weighed in, my usual one for whom I am so thankful and one that teaches one of my classes and has become a good friend. I'm used to crying on the scale, but for bad reasons. Today I burst in to tears, I mean properly sobbed. And then the rest of my session was filled with NSV's: I can now drop down to my knees without agony, I can do jump squats, I can 1 arm press 20kg, and I ran at my fastest today, 10.7!!!!!!!!!!

    hehe..I didn't realise you are a cannuck here in the UK..I spend unhealthy amounts of time between the UK and Toronto..go Leafs, Go!! :-)
