Hi everyone,

Joined back in January but have only just started using MFP needed some inspiration and the fact that if you wnt to be honest withyourself you have to log everything has really heled keep my sncking ad naughty treats under control more, Partner thinks im nuts but having to log everything sure makes you think twice :)

Would be nice to make friends with people to give and receive encouragement as it all goes a long way to helping :)

    Morning, My other half shakes his head everytime he walks past me and I got my nose in my phone!!!!
