If you like regular Rubens....Turkey Rubens are much lower in calories.
2 slices of rye bread, lightly butter each side like a grilled cheese.
Pile on turkey breast meat 3 ounces (off the bone is the best way), 1 slice of Swiss cheese or provolone works too, 1/2 cup of sauerkraut, and 1 - 2 tablespoons of fat free french or Catalina salad dressing (or fat free thousand island if that's your preference) then grill like a grilled cheese. Messy but so so yummy. I like to make them when I have left over turkey from dinner. I have made them with the roasted turkey sold in the deli and it is still really good but fresh turkey is better. Its about 250 - 275 in calories depending on what you use. Its very filling. Enjoy!

One of my favs! I also put the Thousand Island on the side and just smear a bit on the sandwich. Yummy!0
