Protein: Isolate vs. Whey

Quick question for the protein supplement users...

Do people recommend whey or isolate - and if so why? I have some sample packs of both and just interested to find out the major differences and which I would be better going for when buying a bulk pack.

    Whey protein isolate is really just a more refined version of whey protein concentrates.... The isolate digests a bit slower and may have a slightly better profile.

    If the rest of your program is spot on and you are just trying to supplement your protein intake I would go with the isolate.

    If you are using it several times a day go with the concentrate and save some bling
